Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Complete orders that are OVERSIZED or HEAVY ITEMS may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. You will be notified if your order is considered a large (freight) item requiring additional shipping cost.
We will also notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping for any other unforseen reason.
We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental United States of America. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied. ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNTS.
Delivery Time and Import Duty: Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
International orders (orders placed and shipped outside of the United States) that must clear customs inspections may result in a longer than anticipated delivery time and may be subject to import fees of the destination country that must be paid before the package is released.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together, if possible.
Order Pickup: Any orders that are refused, returned to us from a forwarding address, forfeited, or otherwise not collected due to absence of a signature of delivery at the time of delivery cannot be refunded. Buyer assumes all responsibilities and associated costs if a package is returned to us for any of the above reasons.
Loss in Transit: We are not responsible for packages lost by the delivery service.
Note: Federal regulation prohibits us from shipping any chemicals, including, but not limited to: oils, transmission fluids, aerosols & pressurized cans, cleaning products & polishes, antifreeze, or other liquids not mentioned. In addition, all batteries shipped will be sent without acid.
Returns and Exchanges
General/Special Orders: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be PREAUTHORIZED by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or other form of payment.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item due to our error no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged with PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. The customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item with a 25% restocking fee for returned item.
Non-Returnable Orders: We are unable to accept returns of electronic parts from OEMs, unless otherwise agreed upon by special circumstances. We will not accept returns on decals or emblems, batteries.
Defective Parts: Parts deemed defective or damaged, unless otherwise stated as such prior to the point of sale, are returnable contingent upon our approval. For a warranty to be processed on an installed part, the part must have been installed by a dealer authorized by the OEM (ie: Polaris, Victory, or GEM). Returns of defective or damaged parts may be subject to a return and/or restocking fee. You must provide credible reasoning why the part is damaged or defective prior to returning the merchandise.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US Postal Service. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Sales Tax (U.S. only)
Sales tax is charged on in-state orders if required by law, and based on the applicable state where purchased.
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
All online purchases are transacted through our secure PayPal Checkout system. International orders must use PayPal to complete their purchase unless other arrangements are made and agreed between the buyer and seller.
Customers need not register for a PayPal account to transact a purchase. PayPal offers the ability to complete a sale without registering for an account, using a major credit card to purchase. Further instructions for a PayPal account-free checkout are available during checkout on our site.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
Pure Parts Polaris CANNOT SHIP ANY CHEMICALS due to federal regulation. Any chemical purchases must be picked up by the customer from our facilities.
